Hello
friends and valued readers,
Though
my struggle to regain control of my life continues, I have managed to
accomplish some work. My new book, Sandcastle for Pegasus: A Rift in Time, is
scheduled for release August 12, 2021. While the story represents a major
change of direction in my writing, I have been told by beta readers that a
slight nuance of my mystery background tiptoes through the pages. It is not
something I set out to do. I aspire to retain current readers while expanding
my audience. I hope you will give it a try.
In
the meantime, my recently – in my world anyway -- published novel, Identity
Theft, suffered a fate of being released during the turmoil of my life in
addition to the uncertainty of today’s world. As a result, I have not been able
to promote the work and the sales reflect this. Having 4.3 out of 5 stars with
56 reviews, the book should be doing better. Although there appears to be an
audio sample available, as far as I can determine, my publisher has not enabled
the Read a Sample Feature.
In
an admittedly self-promoting spirit to remedy this, I will make an offer:

Although
I realized that Kathi and I had a good thing going, until my loss occurred,
even I had not fathomed the depth of it. The Bible says: Therefore, a man shall
leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become
one flesh. Kathi and I had truly achieved this. One of my ministers at Asbury
United Methodist Church told me that my pain and tears are an indication of how
much I loved her.
I
love each of you and pray that God will bring peace and love to this world and
His Kingdom.
